1 cup Coconut cream or coconut milk ½ cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth or water 2 tbs. Eastern Blue Green Curry Paste 1 cup Chicken or Beef or pork or Tofu ½ cup Your Favorite Vegetables INSTRUCTIONS :
Take a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add coconut milk or cream (of your choice), add Eastern Blue Green curry paste in the pan, mix and bring to boil.
Now on a low boil : add your raw meat that’s cut into small ½ inch thick pcs., add water or broth and cook until done. Then add your favorite vegetables and cook until your desired texture.
If you prefer Tofu, cut into bite size pieces then add to the above mixture. Pour the curry into a serving plate and serve with rice and noodles.
