Thai Chicken Cake

INGREDIENTS : 6 oz Ground Chicken 2 Tbsp Red curry paste 1 Tsp Pepper 1 Egg 1-2 Kaffir Lime Leaves (sliced into thinstrips) 1 cup of Green Beans (dice into small pieces ) INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. With a high-power blender, add ground chicken, red curry paste, and an egg.

  2. Blend well for 30 seconds or until ingredients are mixed smoothly together.

  3. Fold in Kaffir Lime Leaves and Green Beans.

  4. Using a soup spoon to scoop the mixture into small balls.

  5. Using a Wok, heat the oil to boil, then lower heat to medium and put the ball into the wok and press it down to be a paddy.

  6. Cook the chicken patty on one side and flip after a couple mins ( to ensure that the chicken patty is cooked evenly through.

  7. Serve with sweet and chili sauce.
