1 ½ cups Chicken Breast 1 cup Green Bean 1 Tbsp Eastern Blue Red curry Paste 2-3 Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 Tbsp Oil Sesame Seed and/or Dried Red Chili for garnish INSTRUCTIONS :
First, cut the kaffir lime leaves into small pieces.
Cut the chicken breast to one-quarter inch thick pieces.
Cut the green bean in half or use in full size whatever you prefer.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in the pan over medium heat, and stir in Our Eastern Blue Red Curry Paste.
Now add your chicken pieces and cook until done.
Add the green beans and kaffir lime leaf pieces into the pan and stir until your Green Beans are cooked.
Transfer onto a serving plate and garnish with your choice of ingredients, such as sesame seeds, dried red chilli.
